What this is

CleanVector is a web app that converts PNG and JPG images into vector SVG and EPS files, and provides tools for preparing stock metadata. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please don’t use it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Use a real email address you can access — it is how you reset your password. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your files

Your work stays yours. We claim no ownership of anything you upload or anything the tools produce from it. We store and process your files only to run the service for you — to convert them, to show your history, and to let you download the results.

You must have the right to use the files you upload. Do not upload anything illegal, or anything you do not hold the rights to.

Credits and payment

CleanVector sells one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Credits are spent on conversions and metadata work, and there is also a free allowance that we may adjust as the service develops.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Fair use of the service

Please don’t try to break, overload, or work around the limits of the service — for example by scripting bulk conversions to dodge quota, probing for vulnerabilities, or reselling access. Rate limits and file size caps exist so the service stays usable for everyone.

Beta status — please read

CleanVector is in public beta and is run by a small team. Features may change or be withdrawn, and there may be downtime or bugs. The service is provided as is, without warranties.

Always keep your own copies of your original files. Do not treat CleanVector as your only storage. We take backups for our own recovery, but we do not promise to restore your files.

Converted output and generated metadata are drafts for you to review. We cannot promise any stock marketplace will accept a given file or set of keywords — that decision belongs to the marketplace.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CleanVector is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost work. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; see the privacy policy for what that removes. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms. If we suspend an account with unused paid credits and the account was not being used fraudulently, we will refund the unused portion.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
