Refund policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
What you buy
CleanVector sells one-time credit packs. Credits do not expire and do not renew automatically — there is no subscription to cancel. Buying a pack adds credits to your account balance immediately after payment is confirmed.
Who charges you
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every CleanVector purchase. Your card statement will show Lemon Squeezy rather than CleanVector, and Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt and handles any applicable sales tax or VAT. CleanVector never receives or stores your card details.
When you can get a refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the credits. This covers the ordinary cases: you bought the wrong thing, you bought twice by mistake, or the tool did not do what you expected.
If you have already used some of the credits, say so when you write in. Partial use does not automatically disqualify you — if the tool failed or produced unusable output, that is exactly the situation a refund is for, and we would rather refund you than argue about a small amount.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. How quickly the money appears is up to your bank, typically a few business days.
What happens to your credits
When a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from your account automatically. If you have already spent some of them, your balance stops at zero rather than going negative — we do not create a debt you have to pay back. Files you already converted or downloaded stay yours.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include the Lemon Squeezy order number from your receipt. A sentence about what went wrong helps, but is not required.
CleanVector is run by a small team, so expect a reply within 3 business days. If you do not hear back, send the email again — it is far more likely to have been lost than ignored.
Charges you did not make
If you see a CleanVector or Lemon Squeezy charge you do not recognise, email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually identify and refund it the same way, and faster.
